The best time to visit Charminar as per the season would be throughout the year but the problem is you won’t get a good experience if you are visiting in the daytime in the summer season. So I will categorize the best time to visit Charminar according to season while mentioning the hours as well.
Opening hours of Charminar
Please note that the opening time of Charminar is 9 am to 5:30 pm so it’s better to reach at least 30 min in before so that you can enjoy the site without any hassle.
April to August: 4 pm – 5 pm
September to March: Throughout the day
Please note that though you can visit in the summertime if you are planning to visit Hyderabad, I would suggest going in Winter or avoiding Peak summer.
Attractions near Charminar
Besides the Charminar, there is a huge local market called Laad Bazaar which is very beautiful and offers a variety of things at reasonable Prices and many of them are made locally as well. There are many famous restaurants offering the famous Hyderabadi Biryani nearby. So if you are a Biryani lover, you might want to check it out.
Other major sites like Golconda Fort and some others are on the way to Charminar. One can include these attraction sites in a 1-day Itinerary and it will be a good one.
