While you are on the boat, your whole body moves in harmony with the chanting as the river throws tiny waves to the boat to make it move.
2. Sitting on a chair:
Enjoy the pleasant views of the Ganga ghats and the flowing river sitting comfortably on chairs. These chairs are placed next to the Aarti performance area. You feel the warmth of the performance there which fills your heart with devotion to Maa Ganga and Lord Mahadev.
3. From a rooftop:
Observe the grand Ganga Aarti from a nearby rooftop in its real and gigantic form. From the rooftop, you actually get to see how grand and monumental the Ganga Aarti is. It is like having a drone view of the Ganga Aarti.
4. On the stairs of the Ghats:
This is one of my favourite places to enjoy the Ganga Aarti while sitting not too close or too far from the Aarti. This is the right place for you if you really want to enjoy Ganga Aarti with the crowd.
How to take elders and grandparents to the Ghats to see Ganga Aarti in Varanasi?
You can easily find wheelchairs near the Godhowlia Chauraha or Girijaghar Chauraha. They charge around 3 to 400rs and will drive the wheelchair to the Dashashwamedh Ghat and leave you back. You can bargain with them to get your deal.
